Once upon a time we discovered how much better kombucha tasted out of our own swing tops.
We both make awesome kombucha but the ways we achieve our effervescent glasses of goodness are entirely different. Sarah measures virtually nothing and whenever she visits New York brings delicious concoctions. She shrugs when Jesse presses her for details and rattles off a list of things she added and rough time frames. Meanwhile in OCD land, Jesse keeps a notebook, measures everything, and frequently frets if that extra gram of tea is going to vastly affect her brew.
There is no shortage of blogs in this world but along the way of searching for brewing ideas and methods we were often frustrated by the lack of informative and classy blogs on home brewing.
We pride ourselves on our humility, stunning good looks, and ravishing kombucha.
